• The website provides you the ability to pay online through a third-party payment gateway for some of the Services available on the Website.
• If you choose to pay online, you may be directed to a third-party payment gateway to enable processing of the payment. This transaction will be governed by the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the third-party payment gateway. Clinical nutritionist Dipika Singh shall not be liable

  if any transaction does not fructify or may not be completed or

  for any failure on part of the bank or the credit card or the third-party site or agency to perform any of its obligations or

  in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly arising out of the decline or acceptance of authorization for any transaction, for any reason whatsoever.

• Payments: You agree to make full payment at the start of the program.

  Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • At the time of cancellation, amount will be refunded via same source of payment and will be subject to the payment terms of the source only. Amount will be refunded within 7 working days.

    • The cancellation and refund policy are only applicable to all online payments made through website for subscribing to various diet packages available on website.
    • Upgrades: A program once enrolled in, can only be upgraded within the first week from the start date. Downgrades are not allowed.
    • Transfers: If, for a medical or other emergent reason, you are not able to continue the program, you can transfer it to a friend or a family member at the cost of consultation fee. No multiple transfers.
    • Breaks: You can put your program on hold at any time and continue later at any time, provided you notify us prior to your scheduled appointments.
    • Missed appointments: If you miss your appointment and do not notify us, it is your responsibility to reach out to us and reschedule your next appointment.
    • Refunds: Once you have paid for a program, then no refund policy applies. Due to the nature of services involved, no refund is provided, under any circumstances.
    • In case Cancellation is initiated by relevant clinic due to unavailability of Dipika Singh & team, 100% of consultation Fees and Convenience fees will be refunded to end user.
